Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with written notice up to 48 hours before the event.
Can kids attend?
Yes. Children 12 and under enter free with a ticketed adult. ID may be required at the gate.
When will I get my ticket?
Your receipt IS your ticket. Please print your receipt after checkout and bring it with you to the gate.
Is the Doug Marcaida meet & greet included?
Only with the 2-Day Master Smith ticket. Single-day tickets can purchase add-on access at the gate while supplies last.
