About the Event
An outdoor weekend bringing together food vendors, artisans, bladesmiths, bushcraft experts, martial artists, gamers and farmers-market sellers — with celebrity appearances, live demos, and interactive games like knife and tomahawk throwing.
Set on 33 acres of open land for comfortable vendor spacing and heavy foot traffic.

- • Shared 20×40 ft tent (up to 10 vendors)
- • One 8 ft table
- • Two chairs
Earlier payment = priority placement. Tables fill outward from the central celebrity / activity area.

Refund Policy
Vendor fees are refundable only if written cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 14 days are not guaranteed a refund. No refunds for no-shows, weather, or circumstances beyond the organiser's control. Submitting the form and payment confirms agreement to the Vendor Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
